At Vibescape Lifestyle, we stand behind every product we offer. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, swimwear, and grooming accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at vibe@vibescape.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
